Sports Psychology Association of India (SPAI)

đź”· Project Overview
The Sports Psychology Association of India (SPAI) is a national organization committed to enhancing the mental well-being and performance of athletes through the integration of psychological principles in sports. As the role of mental conditioning in sports becomes increasingly vital, SPAI required a modern, informative, and accessible digital platform to showcase their contributions, connect with professionals, and support athletes across all levels.
This project involved designing a responsive website that reflects SPAI’s legacy, ongoing initiatives, and future vision. The goal was to create a platform that not only educates visitors about sports psychology but also makes it easier for members, athletes, and researchers to access events, journals, certifications, and collaborative opportunities.
By adopting a clean layout, intuitive navigation, and a motivating visual style, the new design brings forward the association’s mission, celebrates its history, and promotes the growing relevance of sports psychology in India.
🎯 Problem Statement
The existing website lacked intuitive navigation, modern visuals, and engaging presentation of SPAI’s initiatives, publications, and history. Key sections like event archives, membership benefits, and certification programs were difficult to discover. Users—both new and returning—struggled to find relevant resources or stay updated with current conferences and programs.
